## Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund.
**Right to cancel**
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at norwegianhoneyhouse@mail.com.
**Food and perishable items**
For hygiene and food safety reasons, honey, bee bread, and other consumable products that have been opened or have had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Unopened jars in original, resaleable condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
**Return shipping**
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
**Damaged or faulty items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
