## Shipping Policy

Norwegian Honey House ships from the United Kingdom.

**Processing time**
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

**UK delivery**
UK orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.

**International delivery**
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Customs, duties and import taxes: for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order or shipping total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery.

**Shipping costs**
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on destination and order weight.

**Lost or damaged parcels**
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at norwegianhoneyhouse@mail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos where relevant.
